Next station: Cheung Chau

Cheung Chau is the well-known place in Hong Kong. There is a Bun Festival in there every year.As you all know, Cheung Chau have a lot of resort house, so it is a must-item for the part of F&B. I choose the one that is not local food but it is worthy to have a try on it.

Here is the facade of the restaurant

It’s called德辰DM’s IV. It’s Thai & Steak food. There is a variety of curry you can choose. Also, it provides a tons of beverage. I’ve orderd a, Brazil sauce beef rice and a blueberry fruit wine. Those food are taste good. However, the price is not cheap. But i think it’s worth to eat,you can try it.Gogogo!!!!

The design of the restaurant is nice too. The decoration of there is clean and tidy.You will feel comfort when you get inside.Below is those the pictures. Those staff are friendly and nice too.i went to this restaurant around 6 o’clock. 



You can see the view from inside to outside is glamorous.



Location: It‘s on the Tai Hing Tai Road,along the coastal area.


Tips: For the dinner, the ideal time for going to this restaurant is around 6 o’clock to 7 o’clock. The seat of there is limited. You should go there before the peak dinner hour.

The other restaurant that I choose is a dessert house called Katie Dessert "師妹甜品".I highly reccommend you 2 desserts in there including 火焰雪山 & Chocolate Souffle"心太軟". I love this 2 desserts so much. What a care service that they service me the 火焰雪山. They turned off the light while they gave 火焰雪山 to me.It's surprising on me. Then, Chocolate Souffle is really soft. The chocolate is tasty that it's a perfect match with the ice-cream.It's suit my taste. Let's have a look of this 2 desserts.

Tips: It opens in the afternoon.You should go there avoid the peak dessert hour. I go there at 8pm,it's less people than I expected. Luckily, their service is quite good.

Eat PEPPERONIS ~

Hi everyone, today let's go out to the Yau Ma Tei and have a GREAT meal in Sai Kung la ~~


Not too clear ...sorry ..=.=''

Last week, i took my great dinner with my friends in Sai Kung, and they recommend this restaurant for me. After i tried that, it's delicious and FANTASTIC !! But quite expensive for me, because i'm a student now ~

Now, show time !!!


 Caesar Salad (凱撒沙律)
At the begining, we had order the Caesar Salad for our starter. As you see, the presentation is simple, and the ingredients are just mixs with the lettuce, croutons, some slice of cheese and some sources. But you know, '' simple is perfect'' !!
After a simple starter, then we start our main courses~ :)
Pepperonis pepperoni (辣肉腸薄餅)
Wow~ Look at this pizza. The main ingredient is ....
Pepperonis and the tomato sauces, that's it! The pizza base are different to Pizza Hut's pizza. The cheese on the top are stick to the pepperonis and they're really tasty and appetizing !! GOOD :)

The  fettuccine pasta with tomato, cream and fresh salmon sauce, and that
sauces will stimulate you to try more on it~ It's very juicy too~

Ribs (烤豬肋骨)
For my most favoutite dish in pepperonis, that is HIM !!!
The Pork Ribs ( Yummy ~~ )
It roasts not too hard, which is easy to cut it off.


 

Chicken Basket  (烤雞籃)
 For this chicken basket, i'm sorry that i have not try the chicken yet. (>.<) Because i was just concentrated on my lovely ribs ~~ =.='' But, the taste of that french fries are really good.
